Did you know that BC drinking water has no fluoride and fluoride is an important element to help fight cavities? The Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that children should begin using a "grain of rice" sized amount of fluoride toothpaste as soon as their teeth erupt. This amount is safe for a child to swallow.
